Victory is an exciting, fast-paced strategy game. You command a variable force of army, navy, and air units, over maps that can be joined together in a variety of ways. Combat is resolved by a unique, interactive system that involves tense and exciting battles. The game has over 20 unit types: Fighters, Dive Bombers, Heavy Bombers, Submarines, Aircraft Carriers, Battleships, Armor, Marines, Airborne, and Infantry.

The base Victory game contains two blocksets, red and blue. This expansion set contains one additional color for multi-player games. Multi-player Victory games are a whole new experience. With more potential enemies you must be a bold strategist and a shrewd diplomat if you hope to survive.
