Downtown is the name of the new district in the big city. The city planners are already busy with the planning of parks, apartments, industry and trade. But the speculators have already sent out their feelers to assure themselves of the most lucrative building sites...
Each player in the game has two jobs: that of a city planner and that of a property speculator. Naturally, the two roles are contradictory. Should the speculator be satisfied with the profit, or should the planner try for a higher standard of living?
