Description
This expansion for Blood Bowl gives competitive players and organisers of both leagues and events a set of guidelines to run a successful tournament. The 32-page softcover Blood Bowl Matched Play Guide contains:
- A Code of Conduct to ensure all coaches are respectful so everyone has fun
- A breakdown of tournament basics, including scoring, breaking ties, and roles and responsibilities, such as appointing referees and scorekeepers
- Detailed guidelines for determining pairings, writing rosters, using Skill Points, a modified post-match sequence, and new awards to battle over
- Updated Prayers to Nuffle table, more suitable for a matched play environment
- Alternative formats to offer some flexibility and customisation, such as Stunty Tournaments using only the smallest players, and combined Team Events with more than one coach on each side
- Group and Knockout Event guidelines, to ensure all players still enjoy their time even if they dont make it to the top
- Additional rules to further add character, such as rules for injuries, player advancement, gold piece escalation, and new Secret Objectives
